On 19th January 2022 ArtatteHouse was registered as a Community Interest Company. This after three sucessful annual events held in 2018, 2019 and 2021 at Cliffe House in Shepley, West Yorkshire. It almost feels as though this annual event has come of age and can now move forward to expand and develop its appeal to all families around the Kirklees area of West Yorkshire.
Whilst initially the idea of local ceramacist Nigel Hoyle, support in organising the event has been strengthened considerably with the addition of Jo Sykes to the Organising Committee taking on the role of Administrator and Treasurer and Sam Jackman coordinating much of the events activities. Ian Barker (ProCreative4Web) continues to provide IT support, develop and maintain the website, which has seen a major revamp for the 2022 event.
Support for the event from the team at Cliffe House remains strong, without which the event would not be possible. And we believe that over the years we have firmly established the event in local artists calenders as well with local residents of Shepley and beyond.
